How to Join STEP 1: Register and pay by Feb 15th, 2026 STEP 2: Pre-Departure Prep (1โ€“2 weeks before) – Ensure vehicle is serviced and prepared – Carry sufficient water, fuel, and supplies STEP 3: Meet convoy in Nairobi and hit the road

What to Carry – Essential Gear: Tent, sleeping bag, sleeping mat, camping chair – Cooking Equipment: Portable stove, utensils, water containers – Personal Items: Sunscreen, hat, toiletries, basic medications – Water: 5โ€“7 liters per person per day – Fuel: Fill up in Nairobi, Naivasha, Rumuruti, or Maralal
